1.5 oz VSOP Cognac (Martell, Courvoisier, Hennessy, etc.)
1.5 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
1 oz Orange Curacao
Dash of Angostura bitters
(SHAKE HARD AND WELL with Ice)
Should come out foamy because of the pineapple juice.
Pour into cocktail, martini, etc. glass
Shave or sprinkle nutmeg onto the top.
Take an orange peel, circular, about 1″ in diameter, light a match, and squeeze the orange peel (orange side toward the flame) to spray the oils through the fire onto the surface of the drink. Drop the peel in.
